The NHCLC brings together the leading oracles of progressive, agile, values based leadership within respective demographics of the Latino populous. Via chapters throughout the 50 States and Puerto Rico, NHCLC networks the leading Hispanic young leaders, men, women, businesspeople, politicians, professionals, spiritual leaders and technicians. These networks meet annually in their respective national conventions and congresses for the purpose of creating integrated solutions to the factors that deter success and excellence in the Latino community.
