Dr. Gaston Espinosa, Dr. Juan Hernandez, Bishop Harry Jackson, Dr. Alvin Padilla, Dan Garza address Hispanic NAE Board

Special guests addressed a myriad of issues and opportunities for partnership with the NHCLC. Dr. Gaston Espinosa presented research exposing the quantitative evidence for the programs and task forces launched in the 2007 session.

Immigration took center stage as Board Advisor Dr. Juan Hernandez expressed the need for mass mobilization from within the Latino Church. Bishop Harry Jackson committed to the threading of the Latino/Black Partnership while Dan Garza presented the need to register Latino Christian voters in order to transcend from influence to power.
