In order to affirm and secure the integral representation of member churches and constituents, NHCLC bylaws require an annual certification process by the audit committee overseen by the organization's Chief legal counsel. Corresponding determination will be the only authorized figure to be incorporated in all media, marketing, and organizational publications. After reviewing the 2012 Denominational Member Reports and applicable annually forward church management correspondence I hereby certify that the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference, the Hispanic Evangelical Association counts with 40,118 certified member churches.
