America’s most influential Hispanic Evangelical Leader, releases new book to address difficult times “Path of Miracles”

(Washington, D.C., Hispanic Christian Newswire) America’s largest Hispanic Christian Organization, The National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference (NHCLC), The Hispanic National Association of Evangelicals, announced today the release of the book “Path of Miracles” by Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, NHCLC President.

“Without a doubt, we live in serious times. My desire was to share with the reader biblical principles that stem from the most important day in human history, the day Christ resurrected. I wholeheartedly believe the 7 principles discovered in the empty tomb will catapult the reader to a place of activating Heaven on Earth. In the midst of this recession, moral relativism, cultural decay, war, unrest and a corporate spirit of fear, God has a miracle waiting for everyone who adheres to these truths”, explained Rev. Samuel Rodriguez, NHCLC President.

Rodriguez, an Evangelical preacher, is better known as the preeminent spokesperson for the Hispanic Evangelical community. In 2008 Newsweek recognized him as the religious leader to look for while earlier this year the Wall St. Journal identified him as one of the Latino leaders who will impact the National agenda. He stands as the only faith figure on the list that included Sen. Bob Menendez, Congresswoman Nydia Velasquez and Obama Cabinet member, Hilda Solis. In addition, the San Francisco Chronicle included him in the list of the New American Evangelical Leadership, sharing the stage with Jim Wallis, Joel Hunter, Cameron, Strang and Rob Bell.

“Sam’s trajectory comes with favor from above. He stands as the most influential Hispanic Christian leader in our nation and we stand with him as he leads a new generation of prophetic voices articulating a message of righteousness and justice. As his Chief Executive and mentor, I believe this book will provide guideposts in these difficult times”, stated Dr. Jesse Miranda, NHCLC Chief Executive.

Samuel serves on the board of some of Evangelicalism’s most recognized institutions including the National Association of Evangelicals, World Relief, Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, Micah Challenge, Evangelicals for Human Rights; just to name a few. Also, Rev. Rodriguez, an award winning writer, contributes to publications such as Ministries Today, Outreach Magazine, Washington Post “On Faith” panel, Yale’s Reflection Magazine, in addition to writing OP Ed pieces that have appeared in the Washington Post and San Francisco Chronicle.

“Path of Miracles” published by Penguin Books, Celebra, arrived in bookstores on April 7. A book tour corresponding with Samuel’s speaking engagements will connect the reader with this inspirational leader.
