Pastor Ángel L. Núñez, M.A., D. Div.

First Name:
Ángel L.

Dr. Ángel L. Núñez was born in New York City. His mother died when he was eight years old and his father abandoned the home before he was born. Being forced to live on the streets and in government institutions led him to a life of violence and drugs, but God saved him in a miraculous way, healed his heart, and let him live again.
Dr. Núñez has been in ministry for 32 years. He has a Doctorate Degree in Divinity, a Masters in Theology, and is the Senior Pastor of the Bilingual Christian Church of Baltimore. As an Ordained Minister and International Evangelist he travels extensively with a prophetic mantle to challenge the church and its leaders with a word from God. Through conferences and seminars he equips the saints on how to partner with their pastors to better serve their church. His heart is to go and serve in places where no one else will go to better prepare them and leave a lasting deposit from God.

Dr. Núñez has written four books; "Let Me Live Again" "The Latin Indian Speaks" "How to Reach Your Vision" and his latest book entitled "My Father's Mantle". He and his wife Deborah also have a CD recording entitled "Divine Love".
In the city of Baltimore he has worked for more than 19 years with the community in areas of life skills, education, and empowerment. He has been vice-chair of the Mayor's Advisory Committee on Hispanic affairs, a Human Relations commissioner, and has worked with many community organizations to improve the life of the average citizen, allowing them to become productive in their environment.

In addition, Dr. Núñez has or is currently serving on the following Boards or Community Organizations:
* Baltimore Cable Access Corporation * Chaplain at Bay View Hospital in Baltimore * President of Baltimore's Hispanic Pastors Association. * Senior Vice-President of the National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference. * Executive Secretary of the Bilingual Christian Fellowship, Inc.

His wife Deborah is the daughter of Bishop Emilio & Ana Martínez. She has a B.A. in Mental Health and a Masters in Theology. Together they have three beautiful children, Angela, Israel, and Isaac.
